2012 Fall Fundraising!

Book Price: $30 cash or check payable to GES PTA

Credit for on-line orders placed until 12/31/12!

Our biggest fundraiser for the 2012/2013 school year starts now.

Every student has 1 Richmond Entertainment® coupon book to preview.

Send in $30 to purchase the book or return the book.

Make checks payable to GES PTA. Additional books available immediately.

No obligation to take part in the fundraiser. You can just return the book. We get 50% profit. In lieu of a purchase, please consider a direct donation to the GES PTA to help fund this year’s planned activities. Details on ordering books from other areas are included in this packet. Spread the word to friends and families in person, or e-mail, so we can meet or exceed this year’s goals. We would love to partner with business owners by providing a display and a few books for sale at your shop. Please consider this.

These books can pay for themselves very quickly. Also, think of gifts for co-workers and relatives hard to buy for. Planning to vacation somewhere like Orlando before Nov.2013, order an Orlando book!

Enrichment Theater Arts performances by Barter Players, SOL Tutoring, after school enrichment and

professional development reimbursement for teachers

Hospitality Teacher Appreciation Week activities, dinners on parent teacher conference days

Landscape Beautification Inside and out includes fish tank maintenance and outside plantings

Equipment and Supplies

· Last year we were able to provide wall padding for the PE room, walkie talkies to be used around the GES campus, new musical instruments including ukuleles, bongos, boom whackers and other materials for the Music encore classes, and GES main office enhancements.

· This year’s equipment and material goals include Study Island - an award winning on-line supplemental student study resource that will be available for use at school and home, STEAM project funding, playground equipment and Art encore class supplies.

The annual PTA Silent Auction/Dinner Fundraiser will be Wednesday March 7, 2012. We are looking for members willing to help organize the event. ChuckE.Cheese!!! Wednesday night, Jan 11, 2012

Come One, Come All!

Our annual

Chuck E. Cheese

event is coming up next week, Wednesday, January 11, 2012.

Of course all the kids were excited once they saw the posters up in school and we hope that y'all can make it out for fun and fellowship. The PTA will get 15% of all sales Wednesday afternoon/evening.
Any GES teacher in attendance gets a free meal!

Students bring your report card or other achievment certificate for bonus tokens.

All profits allow us to continue to provide the students and school with things such as the upcoming Barter Players production on Thursday, January 19th of Just So Stories adapted from Rudyard Kipling's tales, SOL tutoring for those who need it in grades 3-5, Teacher Appreciation week and end of year Field Day.

Chuck e Cheese's donates 15% of all sales back to your child's school from all sales generated by this event. Friends & family members are encouraged to help support this event.

Sales include all food, merchandise and token deals purchased at the register.

Just notify the cashier that you're participating in the GES fundraising event.

Helpful reminder:

Your child will get a sticker art school on the day of the event reminding you about Chuck e Cheese's Fundraising night . Receive an extra 10 FREE TOKENS by redeeming this sticker at the event.
