Virginia Diner Fundraiser Items Have Arrived!!

The Virginia Diner PTA Fall Fundraiser items have arrived! We had very short notice and they arrived this afternoon - Friday. We sorted and sent as many boxes as possible home with students as we could this afternoon. However, quite a few of you still have boxes at the school. PLEASE come by the school to pick your orders up, ESPECIALLY if you have young children who cannot carry the box home themselves. This includes most Kindergarteners & some 1st graders. All preschool orders are now at Mrs. Carolyn Trongone’s office in the annex building.

ALSO, we found out that there is one item that has been backordered on most ALL orders. We do not know at this time when it will come but will let you know as soon as we know. It is #459 peanut butter chocolate fudge.  If you have this on your order but did not receive it, please send an e-mail to our Vice president and fundraiser chairperson Dennine Michel at
denninem@verizon.net. She is compiling a list of the outstanding items and will address any issues anyone has with their orders.

We apologize for the inconvenience but it is out of our hands at the moment.

Please don’t delay since we only have 2 more school days left before Thanksgiving break! We will do our best to accommodate your schedule to get these remaining boxes to you.

Thank you all for supporting the Fall Fundraiser! We have contacted the VA Diner about our order and the most up to date arrival time is Friday November 19th. The PTA will notify parents as soon as possible when pick-up times will be available at the school. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter!
